A cervical Lordosis is defined as a NORMAL inward curvature


Loss of Neck curvature is associated with Neck Pain, Headaches, Reduced quality of life


Cervical Kyphosis, is the most common DEFORMITY affecting the normal function of the cervical spine and causes significant disability in affected patients


Due to everyones SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE, increasing number of people are losing this normal curvature and suffering from cervical straightening and kyphosis


A major predictor is the amount of slouching a person does when seated. ( a slouched posture is associated with forward head posture)

This is why we recommend technology use to being limited to 30 minutes a day as phone and computer use is a major contributor


Researchers found that the Upper Trapezius and Rhomboid muscles where the most affected with loss of cervical lordosis


Furthermore, a loss of cevical lordosis may provoke overfilling of the upper trapezius muscles.
