1- Just because you are older, DOESNT means you need less sleep. You still need around 7-9 hours a night


2- You can catch up on sleep...... Trying to compensate by sleeping late on the weekends isn't healthy and has no benefits for your body

3- A nana nap affects sleep at night- A nana nap can actually make you more alert and productive. Keep them to 15 to 20 minutes


4- Wine helps sleep. Yes it can make you tired, but it actually leads to sleep interruptions and keep you awake at night


5- Exercise in the evening affects sleep- It actually improves sleep!
