Those whose diets had chicken, meat, and fish had a reduced risk of 21%. 


Another research into foods and cognitive ability found the following

Butter eaters had no significant risk for dementia BUT those who had omega 3 oils like olive, flaxseed, and walnut oil had 60% less likelihood of dementia
