1. Leafy Green Vegetables

Why? These are full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory flavonoids.

Examples: Spinach, kale, arugula


2. Blueberries

Why? It contains Quercetin which is shown to fight inflammation.


3. Pineapples

Why? Pineapples contain bromelain which helps regulate the body's immune response. This helps decrease unnecessary inflammation.

Pineapples also contain vitamin C, Potassium, and some manganese.


4. Wild Caught Salmon

Why? It contains omega-3 fatty acids. It can also help the skin, heart, and brain health.


5. Chia Seeds and Flaxseeds
