Persons with multiple sclerosis (PwMS) suffer from sleep disturbances, fatigue and pain, which can be due, at least in part, to decreased levels of endogenous melatonin


A 2024 study made participants take (3mg/night for 12 weeks) of Melatonin


The study found that Multiple Sclerosis patients had the following positive effects:

  • improve posture

  • improve gait

  • improve energy (anti-fatigue)

  • analgesic effects

  • improved sleep quality
