Do you get pain in the front of the knee?

It could be Runners Knee, the 4 main reasons for this development are 

1. A slowed vastus medialis/lateralis response time 

2. A decrease in explosive strength 

3. A shortened quadriceps 

4. A hypermobile patella 


Pain and crepitus might also be observed in any squatting maneuver.
