What is FATIGUE?
Fatigue, characterised by lack of energy, mental exhaustion and poor muscle endurance which does not recover following a period of rest, is a common characteristic symptom of several conditions and negatively impacts the quality of life of those affected
What do people feel when they are fatigued?

What can cause fatigue?

What's the difference between Physiologic Fatigue and Chronic fatigue
Chronic fatigue, characterised by intense physical and mental fatigue of unknown cause, is not relieved with rest and lasts longer than six months
Physiologic fatigue, characterised by imbalance in the routines of exercise, sleep, diet, or other activities unrelated to an underlying medical condition, is most common in adolescents and elderly and is relieved with rest
Research from 2023 looked into an analysis of common minerals and vitamins and how they can affect physical and mental fatigue
