We can all have our off days, so here are some foods that can help lift up the mind, Dr Julian also recommends watching a Disney movie... just not the ones with sad scenes.. thats right lion king im looking at you


Nuts: Walnuts, cashews and almonds contain tryptophan, an amino acid that produces serotonin

Eggs:High concentration of Vitamin D


Herring: provide serotonin and rich in omega 3 fatty acids which helps mild depression. (based on 26 studies)


Dried fruits: high rate of magnesium, helps with stress

Soy beans: contain tryptophan

Dark Chocolate: also contains tryptophan
