The recommendation is 14g of Fiber per 1000 calories per day. 


A good source of fiber is a food that offers 10-19 percent of your daily fiber intake, a bad source is anything under 10% of your fiber intake

Nuts- like almonds, walnuts 

Baked potatoes with the skin on 

Berries 

Oatmeal
