How does cupping feel?
-There is a range of different feels, It's like a chiropractic adjustment where it's one of those things that once you try it is easier to understand

What are the marks with cupping? Are you bruised with cupping?

How often can you get cupping?
- For lymphatic cupping, the body needs at least 48 hours of rest.
- cupping can help with pain and increase range of motion so you might be tempted to get it done all the time because you feel so good! But, the area may be sensitive to do it immediately again.
How does cupping affect the integumentary system?
-stimulates superficial circulation, supports temperature regulation, and can desensitise superficial pain patterns.
How can cupping affect the cardiovascular system?
-promotes circulation(dilation of vessels)
-Encourage venous return
-influences body temperature
How can cupping affect the muscle system?
- encourage blood flow within the muscles
-promotes lengthening of the tight muscles
