Shoulder pain is a common condition that can often have incomplete resolution and continued pain


Continued shoulder pain can be due to our work posture and the activities we continually do with our arms and shoulders.


Shoulder pain resulting from the rotator cuff tendons and subacromial tissues is referred to as subacromial shoulder pain


This can be caused by

  • overuse

  • capsular tightness

  • rotator cuff muscles

  • scapular dysfunction

  • poor posture

leading to the proximal head of the bicep tendon becoming dysfunctional
