The 80/20 Rule: Debunking the Myth that Diet is Only 80% and Exercise is 20% of Your Health

New research has shown that it doesn't matter as much what you eat in terms of total calories, but on how much you exercise.

Short-term weight loss is important of course to limit your calories, but so many people struggle with LONG TERM weight loss.

This leads us to talk about the results of how people KEPT THE WEIGHT OFF.

People who did 12000 steps a day were able to maintain their weight loss.

People who had a normal weight did around 9000 steps a day

People who were overweight did around 6500 steps a day

The research found that the total amount of calories consumed in the three types of groups was, on average, the same.

So go out, go for a walk, or be like Dr Julian and go out and catch some Pokemon!
