The triceps muscle's primary function is the extension of the forearm
Most of the time the triceps have dysfunction due to overuse
Some examples of overuse activities are:
hammering, forceful throwing, push-ups, or bench press exercises
Research coming out of November 2022 looked into whether its best to leave the cups on for 5 minutes or 10 minutes
The results found that the 10-minute cupping is more effective in reducing the stiffness of the deep layer of the triceps
