Pain is the MOST COMMON reason our patients come into our Chiropractic office.

What is pain?

The unpleasant sensory sensation caused by injury or illness

What is Nonspecific Neck Pain?

Caused by mechanical or myofascial disorders. Trigger points are one of the most widespread long lasting muscle disorders ( a trigger point is a tender spot situated in a tight muscle)

Trigger points can trigger PAIN, limited MOTION and restrict activities .

Lets discuss cupping therapy.

Cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy that uses a negative pressure mechanism on stimulating the acupuncture points

Research shows cupping is an effective way to manipulate soft tissues.

How cupping can help your neck pain-

Research from 2023 shows that cupping can help with decreasing pain intensity and improving neck range of motion

The research shows that cupping helps stimulate mechanoreceptors and can DEACTIVATE the muscle trigger points.

The research trialled a treatment schedule of 5 sessions of cupping over a 2 week period.
