The patient experienced the self-manipulation

Upon Examination by the chiropractor after the incident
- had a loss of normal cervical lordosis
The Chiropractor then performed
- spinal manipulation
- soft tissue release
- rehabilitative exercises
The results where
AFTER 4 weeks of care, symptoms had improved
AFTER a 6 month's follow up- patient remained asymptomatic
