Adding Dry Needling to a Chiropractic Adjustment
One of the most common questions i get is, will dry needling help with my pain?
Research coming out at the end of 2022 looked into this
Researchers performed the following-
- thoracic adjustments
- neck specific exercise
- added dry needling
They found that between two groups, one received Chiropractic adjustments and Exercise, the other received the same but with dry needling, There was no difference in their pain score BUT there was an increase in their neck
