1- To gain weight the HEALTHY way, consume more calories than you burn and take your time! Don’t rush

2- Focus on nutrient-rich calorie foods like avocados, whole grain products, dried fruits, rice, potatoes, meat, and fish

3- Eat regular meals. 5 or 6 regular meals are easier than three main meals

4- Gradually increase portion sizes

5- Buy regular fat versions, avoid low fat or light meals

6- Track your calories

7- Rely more on strength training like bench presses, deadlifts, pull-ups, and squats.
